COVID-19 Update

Updated - September 21, 2021

ALL AE2021 delegates and visitors will need to show proof of a negative antigen test to enter the event location.

  1. This is a requirement for attending our conference, not for entry into Madeira.
  2. All delegates (vaccinated or not) must show proof of a negative ANTIGEN (rapid) test (within 48h) to be able to access registration.
  3. These tests are provided free of charge at the entrance to the conference. They are also available in pharmacies, but you may be charged.
  4. Self-tests are NOT accepted.

We want to make sure that AE2021 is as safe as we can make it for you. So please read carefully the information below and help us to achieve that objective. All of our staff are fully vaccinated and in our polling of attendees, it appears that more than 90% are too.

The AE2021 COVID Prevention and Contingency Plan defines the measures and procedures for the prevention and mitigation of the risk of contagion by COVID- 19, ensuring that people who work and those who attend the event are made aware of compliance with the rules recommended by the health authorities and the Regional Government of Madeira.
