IMPORTANT CHANGES TO REGISTRATION FOR EAS MEMBERS

If you are an EAS member, you will now need to add your 7 digit EAS ID number when you register. So please have this ready with you. You can find your membership ID after logging in on your ACCOUNT on www.aquaeas.eu or via the "My Glue Up" app.
If you are not a current EAS member, or would like to renew your membership to get the Member rate, please go to your account to renew the membership first. After receiving your payment (for paid memberships) or confirmation of a free membership status (for students and retirees), you will then receive your ID number so you can register at the member rate.

Please check all boxes for associations for which you are a current member. Membership in any of these associations qualifies you for the Member Rate* on the registration fees. You can join EAS before registering to qualify for the Member Rate.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of registration must be received - in writing - no later than July 15, 2026. Refunds for registration fees will be subject to a 20% handling fee. Refunds are processed after the conference. No refund will be made for cancellations received after July 15, 2026 or for “no shows”. After July 15, 2026, no refunds will be made for professional or personal emergencies, flight cancellations, denied visa, weather related cancellation or other travel emergencies. Fees for memberships are non-refundable.

Students are required to provide proof of student status (ie Student ID) to qualify for the Student Rate.

Trade Show Pass

Included in the full conference registration. Good for admission to exhibits for the entire run of the trade show as well as the Industry Forum and the Innovation Forum. Check the conference schedule for days of the trade show.
